We recommend that you read the following terms and conditions before placing an order with us. We are a small, family run company who aim to provide excellent customer service. Please contact us if you have any queries about your order. We endeavor to provide a prompt and efficient service.
If you wish to return an item please notify us immediately. The returned item must be received back in perfect condition in its original packaging, with the dispatch paperwork, within 7 days of receipt. We ask you to pay the returns postage and we will refund you the selling price, via the payment method you used (not including the original postage costs). Items received back damaged will not be refunded. It is always advisable to send returns by recorded delivery.
In the rare event that an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately and return the item in its original packaging within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. Postage will be reimbursed for faulty items.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and our secure payment system is provided by PayPal. We utilise the services of PayPal to ensure your transaction is secure and the encryption of your personal data means that it cannot be read by anyone else. We do not retain any credit card details after the transaction has been completed.
We can take personal cheques by arrangement or a bank transfer - please contact us on 01799 531233 if you wish to pay via these methods. Cheques must be cleared for 10 working days in our system before we are able to dispatch goods.
