The hare features on The Forest Tapestry designed by William Morris in 1887 at Merton Abbey and woven by Morris & Co's three most senior weavers. The Forest depicts scrolling acanthus leaves, a lion, peacock, hare and fox amongst wild flowers and was one of Morris & Co's finest tapestries.

This finely cut wooden jigsaw is made by Wentworth whose jigsaws are the Rolls Royce of the puzzle world. Made in England, each puzzle contains unique 'whimsy' jigsaw pieces shaped to reflect the puzzle image theme and guaranteed to entertain and delight. The puzzles are finely cut using state of the art lasers to create a premium quality jigsaw to be treasured and enjoyed for many years to come, a British classic.

Finished puzzle measures: 36 cm x 25 cm.

This puzzle is manufactured using wood from forests managed on a sustainable yield. Box made from recycled materials.
