William Morris Love is Enough Decorative Terracotta Wall Tile
Beautiful decorative wall tile based on a design by William Morris for his ‘Doves and Roses’ woven textile of 1879. The banner contains the words “Love is Enough” in a script favoured by Morris and his circle. These words form the title of a book of poems written by Morris and printed by his Kelmscott Press.
The romantic theme of this charming wall tile means it makes a lovely engagement, wedding, anniversary present or loving gift.
The tile measures 9.6 cm x 9.2 cm and has two fixing holes on either side just under the top two flowers.
These tiles are hand made in Somerset using clay from Stoke-On-Trent.
These frost resistant decorative pieces can be used as wall decor in many different situations in the home and garden: on a mantle piece or beam, on or over a door, kitchen splash back, in a porch, conservatory, gardens, gate/gate post, built into risers of steps or patio/courtyard wall, just to name a few.
