William Morris The Hare Left Tapestry Footstool
Fine quality cotton jacquard loom woven tapestry footstool featuring the charming Hare design by William Morris. The hare is facing left on this stool - we also sell the same footstool with the hare looking right.
This handmade stool has wood turned bun feet with traditional brass stud detailing.
Measures 35 cm x 35 cm (14") x 15 cm (6") high.
Tapestry fabric is woven in Flanders by master weavers and the stool is Made in England.

The Hare featured on the famous Forest tapestry designed by William Morris in 1887.
